Note that the deadline for early bird registration is on the 5 of May. The registration fee may increase after that date.

While registering, you can book accommodation on campus at Holland Hall within a short walk of the conference venue. We have reserved a large number of rooms, but please book these as soon as you can.

When considering accommodation and travel plans, please note that the programme will include full sessions of talks on the Friday afternoon and a reception dinner on the Sunday before the conference (see the Programme page).

Finally, you can also sign up for one of the planned social activities on the free afternoon on Wednesday, 19th July. The activities include a walking tour of Exeter, a hike in Dartmoor National Park, and a visit to a local vineyard. You can book this either when you register or at a later time. However, we recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible, as spaces may run out.
